Artwork Development and Production Scheduling

After the materials and basic composition are confirmed, a basic painted sample usually takes 3–5 days. A complete sample for a fine-detail figure or large-format product generally takes 11–15 days.

Medium-size volume orders normally require 15–40 days after sample confirmation. Individual customized pieces usually require 10–45 days. The actual schedule depends on the number of figures, dimensions, and level of detail.

Inspection and Handmade Characteristics

Photos or videos can be provided during production to show the outlines, facial coloring, clothing details, and finished condition.

Before packing, every item receives a 100% individual inspection. The inspection covers raw materials, outlines, color application, dimensions, mounting, and surface cleanliness.

Because each picture is produced by hand, slight natural differences may appear between individual pieces. These differences are characteristics of handmade production and do not change the agreed subject, dimensions, or overall visual effect.
