Large-Scale Artwork Designed Around the Wall

A Large Hand Painted Canvas uses wide silk or silk-like fabric as the painting surface and presents panoramic landscapes, flowers, birds, and symbolic animals. The artwork is produced completely by hand through fine Gongbi outlining, layered shading, and transparent color washes. Mineral colors or plant-based colors can be used.

The standard width is 36 inches, while other dimensions can be customized according to the project wall. The length can be extended to match the required composition.

Large artwork is not created by simply enlarging a smaller image. The positions of the main subjects, viewing center, scenery proportions, and open areas must be rearranged. This helps the composition remain balanced when viewed from a distance while preserving visible lines, textures, and color layers at close range.

Available painting materials include pure silk, double palace silk, gold or silver foil, and Hesi fabric.

Applications and Composition Planning

Large green-and-blue landscapes, full peony scenes, birds with flowers, groups of cranes with pine trees, and multiple-koi compositions can be developed. The product is suitable for full living room walls in villas, hotel lobbies, Chinese-style clubs, large tea rooms, company reception halls, and private restaurant rooms.

A painting can be produced as one continuous composition or as a coordinated multi-panel set. During project communication, the team can review the wall width and height, furniture position, ceiling height, lighting, and main viewing distance.

Important subjects can be positioned away from sofas, cabinets, columns, windows, or other fixed structures. The background color, primary theme, and suggested framing direction can also be coordinated with the surrounding materials and interior style.

Production Scheduling and Progress Updates

Before accepting a Large Hand Painted Canvas order, Zhimu Hand-Painted Art Studio evaluates the finished dimensions, quantity, painting difficulty, material preparation, and current production schedule. A production plan is then prepared for material handling, composition development, outlining, layered coloring, mounting, and final finishing.

For projects mainly using six-foot large-format paintings, the monthly hand-painted area is approximately 91 square meters. After sample approval, six-foot paintings and long-scroll project orders usually require 25–60 days for production.

Handmade production requires reasonable time for each painting stage. If an issue may affect the agreed schedule, the studio communicates with the buyer. Photos or videos can be provided during composition development, outlining, coloring, and final inspection.

Full Inspection and Protective Transport

Before shipment, the team checks composition connections, line condition, color layers, overall dimensions, mounting edges, and surface cleanliness. Every finished piece receives a 100% individual inspection.

Third-party inspection is accepted. Buyers may also complete final confirmation through product photos and videos.

International packaging uses an inner rolling core and a rigid outer tube. Additional fixing and cushioning materials can be placed inside the tube, and both ends are securely sealed. Moisture, do-not-compress, or do-not-bend labels can be added when required.

A limited 12-month warranty from the date of receipt applies to non-human quality problems related to workmanship, mounting, and applicable framing work.
