Modern hand painted wallpaper is customized for specific areas of a wall rather than limited to a standard picture size. Flowers, birds, landscapes, symbolic animals, clouds, and plant patterns can be painted by hand on pure silk, double palace silk, gold or silver foil, or Hesi fabric.

The artwork can then be installed as wall fabric, placed on an upholstered backing, or finished with wooden edging. Available formats include small decorative areas, half-wall designs, horizontal border sections, corner decorations, and full-wall compositions.

Fine hand outlining, layered shading, and transparent color washes are used to build the picture. Mineral colors or plant-based colors can be selected. The composition can follow doors, corners, beams, columns, switches, lamps, and fixed furniture instead of placing a finished picture only in the center of the wall.

Decorative Options for Different Areas

Possible design directions include floral branches, bamboo-and-rock scenes, symbolic animal patterns, cloud borders, and local landscape views.

Light flower branches, bamboo leaves, and cloud patterns are suitable for entrance half-walls, corridors, and corner areas. Medium-sized flower-and-bird or landscape scenes can be used behind beds or dining areas. Tea rooms, wellness spaces, and guest houses can use continuous patterns or themed compositions.

Mounting options include direct wall-fabric installation, upholstered backing, wooden edging, and frameless full-wall installation. Optional surface treatments include moisture and mildew protection, UV protection, and washable finishes.

The direction of the pattern, painted area, background color, and position of the main subject can all be adjusted.

Custom Orders and Mixed Wall Solutions

Before producing modern hand painted wallpaper, Zhimu Hand-Painted Art Studio confirms the wall area, site structure, dimensions, color direction, and intended use. The design and sample are then developed according to the project requirements.

The studio supports OEM, ODM, private-label cooperation, and production based on technical drawings, interior renderings, or prototypes. After the materials and design are confirmed, a painted sample usually takes 3–5 days. The sample fee can be fully deducted from the formal order.

The minimum order quantity is 2–5 square meters. One project order can combine local patterns, half-wall pictures, and complete wall decoration for different areas. Photos or videos can be provided during production so that the buyer can review the composition and colors.

Inspection and Delivery Support

Quality inspection focuses on pattern dimensions, panel direction, edge alignment, color consistency, surface cleanliness, and package identification. Since each piece is produced for a specific wall, every item receives a 100% individual inspection before packing.

For highly customized products that cannot be resold after completion, the payment ratio may be adjusted according to the project. The applicable terms are stated in the quotation or pro forma invoice.

If transport damage is found after delivery, the buyer should provide photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, damaged product, and a complete unpacking video. After verification, the studio may arrange repair, reproduction, replacement, reshipment, or a refund according to the actual situation.
