Large-Scale Fan-Shaped Wall Decoration

The Decorative Fan uses an enlarged fan structure as a clear visual feature for interior walls. It is designed for display rather than everyday hand-held use. The surface may be made from xuan paper, silk fabric, or art cloth, supported by a reinforced bamboo or wooden frame.

Artwork options include hand-painted images, calligraphy, combined printing and painting, and partial gold or silver foil details. Landscapes, flowers, birds, plants, poetry, local cultural subjects, and brand-related patterns can be developed according to the space. Color direction can also be adjusted to coordinate with walls, furniture, lighting, and soft furnishings.

Custom Dimensions and Installation Planning

The common expanded width is approximately 60–180 cm. Larger sizes can be redesigned according to the actual wall height, width, furniture position, and viewing distance. One large fan can form a main background wall, while several fans in different sizes can create a continuous arrangement for corridors, stairways, or long walls.

Large models may include rear support or a fixed backing board. Installation options include hanging holes, concealed hangers, rear crossbars, or customized brackets. The final method must consider the wall material, product weight, and installation height. Plasterboard, hollow walls, and high-level installations may require additional reinforcement.

Project Coordination and Quality Control

Zhimu Hand Painting can work from wall dimensions, interior photographs, color references, and project themes. OEM, ODM, and private-label cooperation are supported. Before production, the team can confirm the structural drawing, artwork proportion, and installation method so that appearance and wall-mounting stability are considered together.

Delivery time is evaluated according to size, artwork complexity, material preparation, support structure, quantity, and the current production schedule. Photos or videos may be provided during painting, assembly, and final inspection.

Each Decorative Fan is checked individually before packing. Inspection covers the artwork, frame, dimensions, surface cleanliness, hanging parts, and packaging condition. Paper and silk surfaces should be protected from high humidity, long-term direct sunlight, and wet cleaning. Routine dust removal should use a dry, soft tool.
